About AIHM
The Asian Institute of Hospitality & Management (AIHM) is an independent academic institution founded in Bangkok, established in academic association with Les Roches, one of the world’s most respected names in Swiss hospitality education. AIHM combines Swiss rigor with Thai warmth, delivering internationally recognized education in global hospitality and business management.
As part of Minor International, a global leader in hospitality, restaurants, and lifestyle brands, AIHM gives students direct access to industry expertise, preferred employment status, and a professional network of almost 80,000 people across six continents.
Learning at AIHM happens not only in the classroom but through practice, reflection, and engagement with the industry, taught by lecturers who have lived the profession they teach. The institution’s identity rests on academic excellence, cultural diversity, and practical application.
Above all, AIHM is student-centric. Every decision is made in the service of student success, which means holding students to high standards and asking for their best, because that is what prepares them to lead.
